By downloading, installing, or using TendLife ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use TendLife. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you should review these terms with a parent or guardian.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please use a strong password and notify us immediately at support@tendlife.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.
TendLife is a personal finance tracking and budgeting tool designed for tipped and variable-income workers. It is not a financial advisor, bank, or investment service.
Nothing in the App constitutes financial, tax, legal, or investment advice. The AI Money Coach feature provides general educational information, not professional financial guidance. Always consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation.
Income projections, tax estimates, and budget calculations shown in the App are estimates based on the data you provide — they may not be accurate and should not be relied upon for legal or tax filing purposes.
TendLife offers a free tier and a Premium subscription. Premium is billed monthly or annually through your Apple ID account.
You own your data. We do not claim ownership over any financial information you enter into TendLife. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter. TendLife is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect data you provide.
The bank sync feature is optional and provided through Quiltt, a third-party financial data service. By connecting a bank account, you agree to Quiltt's terms and authorize TendLife to retrieve your account balances and transaction history in read-only mode. TendLife cannot initiate transactions or modify your bank account in any way.

We aim to keep TendLife available and running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will give reasonable notice for significant changes that affect your use of the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TendLife and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including financial losses resulting from reliance on budgeting projections or AI coaching responses.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may stop using TendLife and delete your account at any time from Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes in the App. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance.
